THERE ARE MORE THAN 10 AIRLINES IN INDIA RUNNING IN PROFITS AND HUGE LOSSES, BUT DO YOU THINK WE REQUIRE A NEW AIRLINE THAT WILL PROVIDE MUCH BETTER CUSTOMER SATISFACTION ??
Yes! According to me, india does have the finest of airline companies that provide A-1 quality service.. but despite these measures there are many problems faced by the passengers!! High rise fares, compromise on quality of low cost carriers... I guess both airlines and the government are to be blamed !!
Its not abt customer satisfaction now because airlines like jet airways, kingfisher are already providing good customer service. Now the problem is rising fuel prices. I think we should try and make the current operating airlines stable rather than introducing a new one. We should not invite new trouble we should first solve the current problems encountered by the current airlines.

yes may be someone with a new business model that has some sanity and be able to create a positive cash flow.
